Welcome to NGB’s walkthrough for the Angry Mob faction mission in Borderlands 4. Bruce is back, but before he can help you infiltrate Vile Lictor’s bunker, you’ll need to gather the replacement parts that will make him stronger than ever. To do that, you’ll have to storm the Brute Factory, recover the crucial components, and bring them back to the Fence for Bruce’s big upgrade.

How to Start the Angry Mob Quest
To begin the Angry Mob side mission in Borderlands 4, speak with The Boss at The Pit in The Low Leys during the Rising Action main quest.
How to Complete the Angry Mob Quest
Bruce has returned! Once you get his new replacement parts, the Fence will rebuild him better than ever. And that newer, fancier Bruce will be able to get you inside Lictor’s bunker. But first, you’ll have to break into the Brute Factory and find those parts.
Take Bruce’s head
After accepting the quest, head to the left and grab Bruce’s head.
Reach brute factory
Next, travel northeast of the Heritage Opus safehouse in Cuspid Climb to reach the Punitive Manufactorium, which is hidden behind a waterfall.
Once inside, kill all the Order troops.
Place Bruce device
After clearing all the enemies, head to the southeastern side of the room and place the device to blow a hole in the wall.
Next, head inside and clear out the enemies that spawn in.
Enter logistics station
First, press the button on the console in the red-lit area of the room to adjust the grapple.
Afterwards, use it to reach the high room, which is the logistics station. Press the button in this room to search the database.
Find a way up
To head on up, exit the room on the northern side to reach an outdoor area.
Once outside, hug the right side and use your grapple to reach an area where you’ll find some ice covering a climbable wall. Place the Bruce device here then scale the wall.
Jump behind you then continue upward to reach the top of the building.
Find shipment
At the top, clear out the enemies then head to the southwestern side where you’ll find the shipment.
Next, you’ll need to hack it by interacting with the front of the shipment. When you hack the shipment, reinforcements will arrive, so take them out! Afterward, place the Bruce device next to the shipment.
Collect 4 brute parts
Jump down to the area below and collect all four brute parts.
Reach Thirst Scrap
Once you have the parts, travel to the Thirst Scrap in The Low Leys. When you arrive, place the brute parts in the building.
Hurry back to The Pit
Next, you’ll need to travel to The Pit to see what’s going on! When you arrive, you’ll be thrown into combat, so clear the Order attackers.
Find The Boss
To find The Boss, approach his desk then interact with the handprint on the wall behind the desk.
Inside the true back room, you’ll find The Boss. Press the button to see what he was up to. The faction mission will then complete!
