How to Start the An Encounter with Reime Quest
To begin the An Encounter with Reime quest in Octopath Traveler 0, speak with Delvecchio in the southwestern building at Victors Hollow: Old Quarter in the Woodlands Region.
An Encounter with Reime Walkthrough
Near the arena, you encounter Delvecchio, the syndicate member they clashed with in Victors Hollow and who is now part of the Bargello family. With no hesitation, he volunteers you to take on the strongest of warriors.
Speak to Delvecchio in the underground arena
Enter the Arena in Victors Hollow and head down the stairs in the back to reach the underground. Once there, speak with the guy next to the save point.
This will begin a fight against a Giant Gator and Spiked Skink.

Speak to Delvecchio before the matches
When you gain control after defeating the above monsters, head up the stairs and speak with Delvecchio to begin the first round against Barenga, Barenga’s Left Arm, and Barenga’s Right Arm!

After defeating the first round, return to Delvecchio when you’re ready to begin the second round. For this round, you will face Chilritta, Chilritta’s #1 Apprentice, and Chilritta’s #2 Apprentice.

Upon your victory, speak to Delvecchio when you are ready to begin the third and final round against Reime. This will be a tough fight!

During the fight, Reime will constantly apply the Counter Enfeebling buff, which makes it so that she counters weak point damage. The trick to winning this fight is to put Parry on everyone and make sure you keep it up throughout the whole fight! You can get this skill from Viator.
Once you win, invite her to join you. She will then become your companion and a resident of Wishvale.
Reime is a warrior who overpowers enemies with a flurry of attacks. She learns a support skill that enhances attacks and increases BP efficiency.
