How to Start the An Encounter with Pius Quest
To begin the An Encounter with Pius quest in Octopath Traveler 0, speak with Pius, the man standing in front of the church in Cragspear, which is in the Cliftlands Region.
An Encounter with Pius Walkthrough
In Cragspear, you will meet a familiar face from their childhood days: the cleric Pius. He wishes to accompany you to visit their mother’s grave.
Pay your respects with Pius
In Wishvale, approach the cemetery to the east of the entrance to trigger a cutscene with Pius. During this cutscene, invite Pius to join you! Pius will then become a companion and resident of Wishvale.
Pius is a cleric equally skilled at healing wounds and dealing damage. He uses the staff and fan as weapons. His battle skills are the following:
- Cleansing Fire – Unleash a fire attack on a foe
- Stalwart Veil – Raise the physical of an ally
After the cutscene ends, so will the side story!
