To begin the An Encounter with Delitia quest in Octopath Traveler 0, speak with Delitia outside the tavern in Emberglow after completing Master of Power: Ch. 2 A Dream of Snow.
An Encounter with Delitia Walkthrough
A woman arrives in the snowy town of Emberglow, donned in clothing unsuitable for the cold. Who is this mysterious figure, and where did she come from?
“Contend” with Delitia for a token
Use the Path Action of Contend on Delitia.

After the fight, you will acquire her Aqeeq Charm. She’ll be impressed with your ability and will need your assistance tracking down her brother. Agree, and she’ll join your party and can become a resident of Wishvale!
Delitia is a hunter with a keen eye for exploiting enemy weaknesses. She will learn a support skill that increases the duration of ailing effects!
