In Borderlands 4, the All Charged Up faction mission sees the Outbounders take a huge leap toward their dream of escape with a warp drive in their possession. Unfortunately, the device isn’t operational, and without your intervention, their ship won’t be leaving Kairos anytime soon. It’s up to you to get the drive working and push their plan forward.

How to Start the All Charged Up Quest
To begin the All Charged Up faction mission in Borderlands 4, speak with Rhodes at Horizon’s Mar in Idolator’s Noose after completing Null and Void.
How to Complete the All Charged Up Quest
A warp drive in the Outbounders’ hands is a massive step closer to a fully functioning ship able to leave Kairos behind. Or, it would be if the warp drive was working. That’s where you come in.
Push implosion drive onto loader
After accepting the mission, melee the device near Rhodes.
Meet Outbounders at Order hydroplant
Next, travel north to the Watershed Gate. When you arrive, clear out the Order then speak with Rhodes. Afterward, use the terminal next to the door to open the loading bay. Enemies will spawn in so defeat them until time runs out.
Escort implosion device
Once inside, clear out the enemies, then pull the lever on the console behind the implosion device to open the elevator. Since it’s operational, head to the elevator and press the button to go up. Clear out the enemies on the roof!
Reach hydrophant reservoir
To reach the hydrophant reservoir, continue following the path along the roof. Once you reach the water, pull the lever on the pipe sticking out of the water to drain it.
You’ll then need to release the loader by interacting with the console diagonally from you.
Escort implosion device
The device will be back in play, so take out the enemies as it makes its way to the central platform. To lower the loader, interact with the lever next to it then destroy the enemies.
Enter reactor maintenance
Next, enter the door on the southwestern side of the area. Once there, make your way up to the red-lit room on the second floor and hack the terminal to raise the reactor.
Find 3 reactor components
Exit the red-lit room and seek out the three components.
Once you have them, place them in the circular device in the middle of the area. To lower the loader, return to the red-lit room and pull the lever then head out to the implosion device and pull the lever next to it.
Escort implosion device
Follow the device into the hole then clear the enemies. When the device stops, interact with the back of it to unload the implosion drive. Next, you’ll need to activate the reactor in the upper red-lit room. Afterward, defend the implosion drive by clearing out all the enemies. After the enemies have all been defeated, head down to the device and press the button to eject the drive.
Follow drive to lower-lower level
Hop in the hole and take out Sludgemaw. Afterward, use the device to make sure it’s ok! With the device ok, use the grapple to hop out of the hole then speak with Rhodes to complete the mission.
