How to Start the AAA for Effort Quest

To begin the AAA for Effort side mission in Borderlands 4, interact with the device in the northeastern part of the Terminus District. To reach the device, enter the building from the small hole on the southern side of the building.

How to Complete the AAA for Effort Quest
Max Sky, previously an adventurer, now an empty shell of a man, needs batteries to get out of his space mech. Head to the battery plant and switch production back on again!
Enter Ordonite smelting plant
After accepting the mission, travel to the Tempered Manufactorium on the eastern side of the Terminus District. Once you arrive at the front door, wait for Max to provide you with the code, then enter it into the keypad located on the right side of the door. Unfortunately, the code is incorrec,t so enemies will spawn. Take them out, then interact with the keypad once again to input 7.
Reach control room
Once the doors open, head inside and proceed to the control room. To reach it, head north then drop down to the area below. On the back left side of this room, you’ll find a hatch to pull open with your grapple.

Do so, then drop down the vent shaft. At the bottom, deal with the Creeps. Continue forward, climbing up a ladder then jumping to a climbable wall.

Keep following the path to reach the control room.
Activate power banks
After taking out the Order, head to the southeastern side of the room and press the button. More enemies will spawn in so deal with them as you make your way to the next button on the northwestern side of the room. The third power bank will be found in the central part of the room.
Activate Ordonite battery dispensers
On the eastern side of the room you’ll find the button to press to activate the Ordonite battery dispenser. Ordonite Battery Dispensers will then be unlocked throughout Dominion City and can be used to uncover secrets and rewards.
Return to Max Sky
To leave the facility, use the shortcut on the western side of the room. In the next room, grab the battery from the right side of the door and throw it into the receptacle on the left side of the door.

You’ll then be able to exit the building.
When you finally make it to Max, grab the Ordonite battery and place it in the receptacle on the robot’s back. Press the button then open the two thruster covers.

Next, pull the lever to open the roof. The mission will then end.
