Search Central Control For Clues

To answer the questions posed to you by the armory terminal, you’ll need to find the following objects around the compound.

Classified History of the Protectorate
Search Central Control For Clues Classified History of the Protectorate

A copy of the Classified History of the Protectorate can be found on the desk, just outside the firing range in the armory. By reading it, you’ll learn that Sovereign Reuben Varick passed away at the age of 115 years old.

Internal Memorandum – Department of Belief

You can find this message on a terminal in the Communication Exchange Hub, across from the firing range. It will mention that the Department of Belief is responsible for the Protectorate’s religious development.

Sentinel Correspondence

The Sentinel Correspondence can be found on the teacher’s desk in the southernmost classroom. The message mentions that the different floors of the Sovereign’s flagship can only be accessed with floo-specific credentials.

Annotated Map of Arcadia’s First Colonies

You can find the map in the library on the Main Floor of the Academy. It will be hanging on the wall along the right side of the room. Interacting with it will teach you that the original Articles of the Protectorate allowed too much autonomy, and that subjects required rules to thrive.

Early Copy of the Protectorate Acumen Test
Early Copy of the Protectorate Acumen Test

The Early Copy of the Protectorate Acumen Test can be found in one of the northmost bunk rooms of the Academy’s Lower Floor. Interact with it to learn that the test evaluates subjects based on the Matriarch’s principles, with some modifications by the Consul.

Access the Armory

Once you’ve found all 5 of the objects, return to the armory and interact with the terminal. Begin the quiz and use the answers listed below:

  • What was the age of Sovereign Reuben Barick on the day of his passing?
    • 115 Years Old
  • In what ways were the original Articles of Confederation flawed?
    • They naively allowed subjects too much autonomy. Citizens need rules to thrive.
  • What security measure present on the Flagship of the Sovereign prevents unauthorized deck access?
    • Users must present a deck-specific set of credentials to access any deck of the ship.
  • Who’s in charge of the Protectorate’s religious development?
    • The Department of Belief
  • By what criteria does the Protectorate Acumen Test truly place subjects?
    • By Matriarch-ordained principles, built by the Consul’s able hand

After you’ve answered all of the questions correctly, the door to the armory will unlock. Open it to complete the quest, allowing you to loot the goodies inside!
