How to Start A Clear Mind
To begin the A Clear Mind quest, speak with Neve in the Lighthouse after some time passes from completing her previous quests.
A Clear Mind Walkthrough
For this quest, travel to Dock Town and speak with Neve at Low Tide Beach.

After your conversation, you’ll need to search for 3 rocks.
Once you’ve found all the rocks, follow Neve to the dock.

When the cutscene ends, travel to the Spillway. Once there, have Neve use Just a Hunch on the orbs to investigate the remnants.
