To find the flying takoyaki, travel to Shofukucho St and head to the corner just west of Club Heavenly.
Look above the restaurant to spot a giant sign/statue of takoyaki.
This will be the flying takoyaki the girl was talking about! Snap a picture then return to the girl to complete the request.
