Travel to the Plaza and speak with Priya near the Bulletin Board. Afterwards, travel to the Residential District and speak with Ganesh. Next, return to the Plaza and speak with Shiva.
Report to Lavinia
Return to Lavinia on Second Street and speak with her to complete the quest.
