This shrine can be found on the southeastern side of the lake.
KK’s Investigation Notes
The Giant Teru Teru Bozu
This note can be found on the bench of a tall building southeast of the Kappagaike Torii Gate. To reach it, you’ll have to take 2 lifts up. The first is on the building containing the note and the second is on the adjacent tall building.

This shrine can be found east of the Kappagaike Torii Gate.
