How to Start the Master of All: Ch. 4 Wise King Solon Quest
The Master of All: Ch. 4 Wise King Solon quest in Octopath Traveler 0 will automatically begin after completing the Master of All: Ch. 3 Charles the Traveler quest.
Master of All: Ch. 4 Wise King Solon Walkthrough
When it is discovered that the secret meeting is a ruse to assassinate King Solon, you hurry to the desert town of Sunshade with the swordsman El and fellow traveler Charles.
Meet up with Charles in Sunshade
Travel to Sunshade and speak with Charles near the save point to officially begin this quest! The recommended level is 28.
Search for King Solon
Next, travel east to the market where a cutscene will trigger with Trompeur the Merchant, aka King Solon!
Go to the tavern in Sunshade
The tavern can be found north of the save point in Sunshade. Once inside, a cutscene will trigger.
Keep the participants of the meeting safe
After you have finished preparing, speak with Mendoza.
Boss Fight: Cerro the Emissary
For this fight, you will face Cerro the Emissary.
If you have someone with the Steal ability, you can use it to acquire Healing Grape Bunch x2 from Cerro the Emissary.

After the fight, you’ll be given a choice to flee the battlefield. Say “NO”!! Once the lengthy cutscene concludes, so will the quest.
