Omnimon Alter-B Overview (In-Game Profile)
Omnimon Alter-B is a temporary form taken on by Omnimon Alter-S after some entity had intentionally introduced Black Digitron, a sort of ooze that turns Digimon black, into its being.
Omnimon is more powerful in this form, but it loses itself in a mindless rage until it changes back.

Where to Find Omnimon Alter-B
Omnimon Alter-B cannot be found while exploring the Human or Digital worlds. To add Omnimon Alter-B as a partner in Digimon Story Time Stranger, you’ll need to digivolve a lower-generation Digimon or de-digivolve a higher-generation Digimon into Omnimon Alter-B. Omnimon Alter-B Digivolution
Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.
Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.
De-Digivolution
In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:
- Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
- Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.
Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.
