Vulcanusmon Overview (In-Game Profile)
This Digimon god of smithing is one of the Olympos XII. Vulcanusmon is responsible for creating most of the Digital World’s best-known weapons, including the infamous Beelzemon’s beloved Berenjena. Vulcanusmon has the spirit of a true craftsman along with an obstinate personality. It takes the measure of all its clients, and if it feels they can’t master or won’t treasure the weapon they’ve requested, it denies them.
Even when Vulcanusmon agrees to make a weapon, it aligns the quality of its work to its impression of the wielder. Nevertheless, Vulcanusmon was so taken with Beelzemon’s strength that it worked diligently to craft an exceptional weapon when it created Berenjena. Vulcanusmon prefers to be left in peace, working away with its eight arms, but can also leverage its skill as a craftsman in battle.
With its special move, Pinpoint Weapon Works, it makes masterful use of its fiery “Bomber Art” welder to instantly craft the perfect weapon for any combat situation. When it really wants to go all out, though, it uses Appropriate Works, which uses Pinpoint Weapon Works repeatedly to forge weapons for each of its eight arms.
Despite all this, Vulcanusmon’s own combat ability isn’t particularly high, and it prefers to avoid battle whenever possible.

Having the Data attribute, Vulcanusmon is weak to Digimon with the Virus attribute, while resisting those with the Vaccine attribute.

Where to Find Vulcanusmon
Vulcanusmon cannot be found while exploring the Human or Digital worlds. To add Vulcanusmon as a partner in Digimon Story Time Stranger, you’ll need to digivolve a lower-generation Digimon or de-digivolve a higher-generation Digimon into Vulcanusmon. Refer to the Vulcanusmon Digivolution section below for more information.
Vulcanusmon Digivolution
Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.
Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.
De-Digivolution
In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:
- Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
- Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.
Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.
Vulcanusmon can de-digivolve into the following forms:
Digivolution
Digivolution is the process of evolving a Digimon into a stronger form. Each Digimon can evolve along multiple branches depending on its stats, level, and personality. To digivolve a Digimon, you must meet certain requirements.
Vulcanusmon cannot digivolve into any forms.
