Phoenixmon Overview (In-Game Profile)

A Holy Digimon with four gleaming golden wings. The leader of all Bird Digimon, Phoenixmon is said to rule over all Sacred Digimon as well. Just as Magnadramon is the ultimate Beast Digimon, Phoenixmon is the ultimate Bird Digimon. Since it has not one but two Holy Rings, which draw out holy power and serve to identify Holy Digimon Phoenixmon evidently possesses immeasurable power.

Phoenixmon’s special move is Starlight Explosion, with which it flaps its four godly wings to rain down golden particles of light. Anything hit by this attack is said to be cleansed of all evil.

Phoenixmon Digivolution

Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.

Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.

De-Digivolution

In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:

  • Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
  • Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.

Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.
