Shakkoumon Overview (In-Game Profile)
A Mutant Digimon DNA Digivolved from Ankylomon and Angemon. Shakkoumon has a shiny silver body with white wings, and according to one theory, it’s actually an Angel Digimon that descended from on high into the Ancient Digital World.
Since it can rotate its head and torso a full 360 degrees, it’s capable of attacking in any direction. Some people find it frightening because its lack of expression makes it impossible to tell what it’s thinking, but it has a warm and gentle personality.
Its special move, Disaster Blaster, shoots destructive red laser beams from its eyes. These lasers are said to reach temperatures of over 180,000 degrees Fahrenheit at their focal point.

Where to Find Shakkoumon
Shakkoumon cannot be found while exploring the Human or Digital worlds. To add Shakkoumon as a partner in Digimon Story Time Stranger, you’ll need to digivolve a lower-generation Digimon or de-digivolve a higher-generation Digimon into Shakkoumon. Refer to the Shakkoumon Digivolution section below for more information.
Shakkoumon Digivolution
Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.
Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.
De-Digivolution
In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:
- Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
- Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.
Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.

Digivolution is the process of evolving a Digimon into a stronger form. Each Digimon can evolve along multiple branches depending on its stats, level, and personality. To digivolve a Digimon, you must meet certain requirements.
