Sharkmon Overview (In-Game Profile)

An enormous shark Digimon that’s a Digivolution of an Aquatic Digimon with a surging desire to consume prey. After integrating battleship data, over half of their bodies are mechanized. Sharkmon is a vicious Digimon that uses its anchor to catch and devour other Digimon dwelling in the Net Ocean or passing nearby.

Its special move is All-Out Bombardment, with which it extends and fires its cannons.

Attribute Weakness

Having the Virus attribute, Sharkmon is weak to Digimon with the Vaccine attribute, while resisting those with the Data attribute.

Where to Find Sharkmon

Sharkmon cannot be found while exploring the Human or Digital worlds. To add Sharkmon as a partner in Digimon Story Time Stranger, you’ll need to digivolve a lower-generation Digimon or de-digivolve a higher-generation Digimon into Sharkmon. Refer to the Sharkmon Digivolution section below for more information.

Sharkmon Digivolution

Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.

Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.

De-Digivolution

In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:

  • Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
  • Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.

Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.

Digivolution is the process of evolving a Digimon into a stronger form. Each Digimon can evolve along multiple branches depending on its stats, level, and personality. To digivolve a Digimon, you must meet certain requirements.
