How to Start the Frozen Pursuit of the Frosty Fugitive Quest
To begin the Frozen Pursuit of the Frosty Fugitive quest in The Outer Worlds 2, interact with the bounty board outside of Laplace’s Garden Outskirts and select “WANTED: ‘Buckshot’ Bill”.

Eliminate “Buckshot” Bill
To find Buckshot Bill, travel to the Excogitation Chapel on the eastern side of Cloister. You’ll find him outside the chapel with his possey. Take them all out and make sure to loot the Chapel Keycard from Bill’s body.
Turn in the Bounty
After Buckshot Bill has been eliminated, return to the bounty terminal and turn in the bounty to receive 2,000 bits!
