How to Start the Routine Regicide Quest
To begin the Routine Regicide quest in The Outer Worlds 2, interact with the bounty terminal at Auntie’s Border Camp on Praetor and select “WANTED: “The Mad Queen”.

Eliminate the Mad Queen
Just off the main road on the north side of Auntie’s Choice Chemical Factory, you’ll find a narrow path that winds into the shadowy valley of nearby mountains.
Follow it carefully — the area ahead serves as the den of The Mad Queen, a massive and ferocious Raptidon unlike any other.
Prepare for a tough fight. The Mad Queen won’t be alone; her nest teems with aggressive Raptidons ready to defend their territory. Bring plenty of ammo, healing supplies, and a strong companion or two before entering the fray. Once you’ve defeated the Mad Queen and cleared out her brood, the valley will finally be safe for travel again.
Turn in Bounty
With the Mad Queen eliminated, make your way back to the bounty terminal at Auntie’s Border Camp to report your success. Collect your reward and enjoy a moment’s peace — at least until the next job calls.
