Follow de Vries to Greater Tranquility Substation

After you begin this quest, return to the Incognito and head for allies in the middle of the ship to start a team meeting.
Once the meeting concludes, head up to the bridge and use the nav terminal to travel to Greater Tranquility Station. Exit the ship to kick things off. If you spoke to the crew, Niles and Inez will both request to come with you. It’s up to you if you want to bring them or not.
Find a Lead on de Vries’ Whereabouts
If you have Engineering 5, disable the landing pad gate hydraulics for the other ship docked at the station so you can explore it.

Once the gate is down, enter the other ship and examine the Earth Directorate Satellite. If you have the Scrapper perk, you can get some materials from it. Next to the satellite, make sure to pick up an Advanced Decryption Key and examine the tablet to find A Private Journal.

When you’re ready to proceed, enter the station and head through the first door on the right to meet Factor Iuvino.

If you have Speech 5 or Leadership 1 and Speech 3, you can convince him to reveal de Vries’ plans. He’ll also give you the Great Tranquility Mechanist Override Codes. If you don’t have the Speech, then kill him and take the codes.
Find Your Way Through the Station
Go east through the room and down the stairs to find a lift. Use it to reach another lift that requires a fuse. You can find the Greater Tranquility Station Fuse in the nearby room next to a blinking light.

Place it in the receptacle on the right to power the lift. Next, interact with the terminal and use it to obtain the Greater Tranquility Station Targeting Protocol.

You can then use the lift to reach the next section. When the lift reaches the other side, you’ll notice the next room is filled with mechs. Interact with the Automechanical Control Unit and upload new targeting protocols to have the mechs eliminate de Vries’ troops.

Enter the room and take out any remaining enemies. Next, head straight ahead and loot the Order Traitor in the room to gain the Greater Tranquility Maintenance Access card.

With the card in hand, head to the lower walkway on the northwestern side of the room and use it to unlock the door, granting you access to a hallway.

Open the next door then look to your right to spot a giant spinning fan. Approach it to trigger a tutorial.

Next, make sure your Tactical Time Dilation Gadget is equipped then use it to breech the fan. Crouch through the vent and pull the fuse out in the next room. This will open the door across from the fuse. Take it to exit the room then head up the ladder.
At the top, open the door on the left. Once inside this room, take a quick right and insert the fuse into the receptacle.

With the lift powered up, use it to reach the next level. When you emerge from the lift, take a left to spot another fan and use your Tactical Time Dialation Gadget to slow things down so you can safely cross through the fan.

Once on the other side of the fan, climb up the ladder on the left and follow the walkway to the room at the end.
You’ll find the Lonely Automech Gift Shop in the next room, which sells an Advanced Decryption Key and the Black Hat unique helmet.

Pitchball Card: Ryan Powell – This card can be found in one of the lockers across from the stairs.

From here, head down the stairs and straight ahead. When you hit the wall, take a left to spot a door. To the right of this door, grab the fuse then backtrack the way you came!

Just past the workbench, place the fuse into the receptacle to open the door and head inside. After clearing out the machines, loot the supplies then go into the hole in the wall and run past the gas using your shield. On the right side, climb up the container to reach a room with the real treasure!

When you’re ready, exit that room and grab the fuse. Place it back in the original receptacle you found it in then continue through the door next to it to reach the next lift.
After you exit the lift, follow the long, curved hallway.
Pitchball Card: Siri Xie – Make sure to grab the pitchball card from the container on the rolly cart on the right side of this long hallway!

When you reach the Automechanical Control Hub on the left, interact with it and use the cartridge you got from Factor Iuvino to disable the automechanical bays fully.

Turn around and head up the stairs from the control hub to be attacked by de Vries’ men on the adjacent walkway. If you look to the left and right, you’ll spot a fuse at the end of each side.
You’ll need to grab each fuse, activate time dialation, slip through the fan, then place the fuse in the receptacle in the room below. After you do this to both sides, you can pull the lever on the walkway, allowing you to cross.

Confront de Vries
Before returning to the ship, make sure to collect The Simplifier from the nearby mount. It’s a unique weapon.

The path to de Vries is clear from this point on. Follow it until you reach her, which will prompt a confrontation.
During the conversation, you can talk her down if you wish. It requires Speech 5 and some intel from previous missions (like Savannah’s on Paradise Island). If you don’t want to talk with her, you can just kill her outright.
Either way, you’ll receive the Earth Directorate Data Cartridge, and a cutscene will trigger.
Return to the Incognito
Following the cutscene, hightail it back to the ship to trigger another cutscene.
