Welcome to NGB and our walkthrough for Who Else But Us in The Outer Worlds 2. In this side quest, you’ll need to find four Protectorate Armorial IDs to open a container. How to Start the Who Else But Us Side Quest
To begin the Who Else But Us side quest, you’ll need to travel to the Skycutter, which is located west of the Bridge of the Reverent on the north side. Enter the building and head down to the Ground Deck.
On the west side, you’ll find a bulletin board next to a locked chest and workbench. Interact with the Protectorate Cadre Vestige (the locked chest) to start the quest!
Who Else But Us Walkthrough
Open the Container
If you interact with the chest, you’ll learn that it requires an Armorial ID to be opened. Luckily, the nearby corpse of Warden Captain Beauregard happens to have one on it. Grab the ID and use it on the chest. The number of IDs required to open it will now jump up to five, meaning we have four more keys to track down!
You can find their locations below. Once you have all five IDs, you can open the chest, which will complete the quest! Inside will be Vestige Datapad – Cadre 618, some bits, an Advanced Decryption Key, and a Trauma Kit.
Protectorate Armorial ID #2
You’ll find the second ID in the open room past the locked door on the Ground Deck. It will be in the south-central side of the room on the corpse of Warden Sharpshooter Marchand.
Protectorate Armorial ID #3
ID #3 will be on the corpse of Warden Gunner Aimes, who can be found leaning against some railing in the southeastern section of Deck 3. You’ll need to use a yellow ladder on the southwest side of Deck 2 to reach him.
Protectorate Armorial ID #4
Our fourth ID will be on the corpse of Cadet Warden LaRue on Deck 6, leaning against the elevator.
Protectorate Armorial ID #5
The final ID can be looted from Warden Engineer Hwan on the outside walkway of Deck 7.
