In the Pokémon Legends: Z-A side mission Get Well Fennekin, you’ll be asked to help a sick Fennekin recover by finding a Revitalizing Twig. This short but heartfelt quest sends you across Lumiose City to locate the rare item needed to make the little Fire-type feel better.

How to Start Get Well Fennekin
To begin the Get Well Fennekin side mission in Pokemon Legends ZA, speak with Branche, who can be found standing next to a resting Fennekin in the green grass behind all the buildings in Magenta Sector 2.
You’ll learn that the Pokémon Center claims there is nothing wrong with this wild Fennekin, even though it appears lethargic and refuses food. She believes that an herbalist might be able to help.

Speak to the Herbalist
To find the herbalist, travel south on Vernal Avenue, the road running directly south of Prism Tower. Along this road on the western side, slightly northeast of the Vernal Pokémon Center, you’ll find Café Classe.
When you arrive at the cafe, speak with the old man sitting at a table wearing a black jacket. He’ll suggest that a Revitalizing Twig might help poor Fennekin!
Search for a Revitalizing Twig in Wild Zone 5
To find the Revitalizing Twig in Wild Zone 5, you’ll need to enter Wild Zone 5. Once inside the zone, head to the western side to find some muck blocking the path down some stairs leading into the water.
Attack it with a water move (or Fire Spin, Sand Tomb, etc.) to clear the muck, allowing you to follow the path through the water.
After you climb/drop down a ladder/waterfall, look to the right to find a stone archway with muck blocking the path.
Remove it then follow the tunnel to the other side. This will bring you into the clearing with five red glowing items. You’ll need to interact with all 5 of them to find the twig. The last item you search will be the Revitalizing Twig!
Feed Fennekin the Revitalizing Twig
Once you have found the Revitalizing Twig, return to Fennekin and speak with Branche. The two of you will then feed Fennekin the twig, which will indeed heal it, and it will then join your party, completing the quest.
As a reward for completing the Get Well, Fennekin side mission, you will receive the following:

- Exp. Candy S x1
