Garudamon Overview (In-Game Profile)
A Bird Man Digimon with large talons and wings that allow it to fly freely through the sky. Garudamon values order and justice above all, and is also known as the nature-loving Guardian of Wind and Land.
Even among Bird Digimon, Garudamon is worshiped as a Digimon that only a select, highly intelligent, combat-adept few can Digivolve into. Whenever the Digital World is in chaos, Garudamon is said to appear, resolving the source of the disorder and guiding things back to a more peaceful course.
Garudamon is also close friends with the hero Leomon, who possesses the same spirit. Garudamon’s special move is Shadow Wing, with which it sends forth a vacuum blade at incredible speed to slice opponents to shreds.

Where to Find Garudamon
To add Garudamon as a partner in Digimon Story Time Stranger, you’ll need to find and scan this Digimon while exploring the Human and Digital Worlds. When you encounter the Digimon, the game will automatically scan it.
Once the scan percentage reaches 100%, you’ll be able to convert your own version of this Digimon. The scan percentage can go as high as 200%, and the closer you are to that maximum when converting, the higher the Digimon’s Max HP and Talent base stats will be.

Garudamon Digivolution
Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.
Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.
De-Digivolution
In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:
- Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
- Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.
Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.

Digivolution
Digivolution is the process of evolving a Digimon into a stronger form. Each Digimon can evolve along multiple branches depending on its stats, level, and personality. To digivolve a Digimon, you must meet certain requirements.
