How to Start Mystery of the Missing T-Shirt
To begin the Mystery of the Missing T-Shirt side mission, you’ll need to progress the main story until you reach the A Vow Made on a Starry Sky main mission. After exiting the Misono Home to the Shinjuku: East Shopping District, you’ll get a Digiline message from Hiroko about some missing t-shirts. Following the message, travel to the Misono Detective Agency and speak with her there.
Mystery of the Missing T-Shirt Side Mission Walkthrough
Talk to Hiroko Sagisaka
When you arrive at the Misono Detective Agency, speak with Hiroko, who will be waiting near the desk. She’ll tell the Agent that she’s looking into something for her next stream and requires your assistance. A store in the shopping district is experiencing a problem with stolen t-shirts, and Hiroko suspects that something supernatural, such as a ghost, could be behind it.
Talk to the Man at the T-shirt Shop
Exit the Misono Detective Agency to reach the Shinjuku: East Shopping District, then head down the street to reach the T-Shirt Shop. Speak to the Shop Manager, Who Is wearing a long-sleeved red shirt with a white vest, to obtain more details. He’ll say that the shirts move on their own, flying right out of the shop. When he started yelling about the thief being back, a young man took off down the nearby alley chasing after it.
Chase the Thief into the Back Alley in Shinjuku
Head down the alley across from the T-Shirt Shop to reach the Shinjuku: A Certain Back Alley area. Head north down the road, taking a right at the parking lot with the taxi parked in it to find the young man. Approach him to trigger an event where he’ll tell you that a monster went down into a manhole.
Chase the Thief into the Underground in Shinjuku
Pursue the monster by going down the manhole, bringing you to the Shinjuku Underground Waterway: North Block. Take the first right, heading south, and follow the path to the end. The monster you are looking for can be found behind a giant pile of old wooden crates. Approach the monster to trigger an event leading to a battle!
Boss Fight
For this boss fight, you’ll be facing ZubaEagermon: A level 8 Champion gen Vaccine attribute Digimon with the Weapon type. It’s weak to Ice and Null-type attacks while resisting fire and takes no damage from Steel. The main attack it uses is called Vantheon and is a two-hit attack that deals some moderate Steel-based damage.

- Lopmon – Data attribute that uses Ice attacks
After defeating ZubaEagermon, you’ll automatically be taken back to the Shop Manager to let him know that the T-shirt thefts are over.
