Gazimon Overview (In-Game Profile)

A Mammal Digimon with huge, sharp claws. Gazimon is bipedal, an unusual trait for Mammal types. The claws on its front limbs may have developed while it used them like arms, causing Gazimon to rely on its hind legs for ambulation.

Despite its small stature, this Digimon has an exceedingly wild temperament and never even attempts to get along with humans. The claws on Gazimon’s forelimbs are extremely effective for attacking, but are also surprisingly well-suited to digging holes. Due to its mischievous nature, it enjoys making pitfalls for other Digimon to fall into. Gazimon’s special move is Electric Stun Blast, which belches out a poisonous gas.

Gazimon Digivolution

Digivolution is the process that allows your Digimon to grow stronger and unlock new forms. Each Digivolution path has specific requirements, such as reaching a certain level, achieving a minimum stat threshold, or meeting personality and bond conditions.

Some Digimon also require special items or story progression to evolve. Choosing when and how to Digivolve is essential, since certain evolutions may branch into multiple options, giving you flexibility in shaping your partner’s role in battle.

De-Digivolution

In Digimon Story Time Stranger, de-digivolution allows you to return a Digimon to a previous form. Unlike standard digivolution, which requires stat thresholds and level milestones, de-digivolution has its own conditions. To de-digivolve a Digimon, one of the following requirements must be met:

  • Encounter requirement: The Target Digimon must have already been encountered at least once during your playthrough.
  • Personality requirement: The Target Digimon’s base Personality must match the current Digimon’s Personality.

Meeting either condition will unlock the option to de-digivolve, giving you more flexibility in reshaping your team and experimenting with different evolutionary paths.
