Welcome to NGB’s guide for The Black Market side mission in Borderlands 4. Your goal is to obtain the password to gain access to Vito’s secret hideout. Once inside, expect a mix of danger, intrigue, and some potentially rewarding loot waiting for those clever enough to get past the entry.

How to Start The Black Market Quest
To begin The Black Market side mission in Borderlands 4, interact with the door in The Double Tap in Carcadia District after completing the Price of Freedom Pt. 3.
How to Complete The Black Market Quest
Obtain the password to gain entry to Vito’s hideout. When you do, there may be some sweet looting in it for you!
Find Smugglers
After accepting the mission, head south to find a room containing the Order. After eliminating the threat, interact with the Half Glass Gang Password ECHO Log.
Give password
Now that you know the password, return to the locked door at The Double Tap and interact with the button to recite the password.
Talk to barkeep
Next, head inside Vito’s fine establishment and talk to Butch behind the bar. After he recognises you, you’ll have to eliminate all of Vito’s associates.
Get into Vito’s office
To reach Vito’s office on the second level of The Double Tap, take the stairs to the right of the bar up then follow the pathway.
Jump onto the central platform suspended in the air then across to enter the room with yellow lettering above it.
Take a sharp left in this room to find some crates that you can use to reach a vent.
Use that vent to reach the office. When inside, press the button to open a secret room behind the bar.
Grab the Ripper Papa ECHO Log from the table. Afterward, the mission will complete.
