How to Start the Price of Freedom Pt 3 Quest
To begin the Price of Freedom Pt 3 side mission in Borderlands 4, speak with Vito right after completing Price of Freedom Pt 2. He’ll ask you to help tie up one more loose end to keep Joe and Sue safe.
How to Complete the Price of Freedom Pt 3 Quest
Find Loose End
Head to the northern part of the Carcardia District and enter the building there to find out that this was an ambush. You’ll then need to fight off a pack of rippers. After the fight, Joe will ask for help!
Reach Vito’s Hideout
Make your way to Vito’s Hideout southwest of the ambush site. Upon arrival, you’ll need to defeat a wave of Rippers defending the hideout. After dealing with all of them, Vito will show up with some more reinforcements. Take care of them, then head inside to check on Joe and Sue.
Check on Joe and Sue
When you reach Sue, you’ll need to free Joe from the cage once they are done talking.
Joe will address the Vault Hunter, asking for help one last time to shut down Vito’s business partners. This will then complete the quest.
