This Vault Hunter’s Guide can be found attached to a corpse west of the Tempered Manufactorium.
ECHO Logs
Propaganda Rehearsals
This ECHO Log can be found on a bench next to a red sign just southeast of The Food Court safehouse. It will be across from the propaganda speaker.
Before the Lockdown
This ECHO Log can be found on a table in a bar southeast of the Frantic Scrawl fast travel station.
Missing Persons
This ECHO Log can be found on a table underneath some stairs southwest of the Frantic Scrawl fast travel station.
World’s Greatest Overlord
This EHCO Log can be found on a crate at Praetor’s Lecture.
DO NOT LISTEN! Solution 1
During the No Escape Room side mission, you’ll find this ECHO Log as a hint in a trash heap to the right of the yellow door.

During the No Escape Room side mission, you’ll find this ECHO Log as a hint in the grinder to the right of the locked boxes.

As you make your escape during the No Escape Room side mission, loot this ECHO Log on the right side across from the red chest.

This ECHO Log can be found during the Below the Surface side mission after emerging from a ladder when trying to reach the labs.

During the Below the Surface side mission, you’ll find this ECHO Log in a small room accessible via a square hole near a bathroom.

During the Below the Surface side mission, you’ll open a door to find a room filled with Kratch. This ECHO Log will be in here on the broken window.

During the Below the Surface side mission, you’ll find this ECHO Log on the ground across from the lever you’ll need to pull to activate the elevator.
Parting Gifts
After completing the AAA for Effort side mission, pull the lever in Max Sky’s garage to open a hole in the floor where the robot was previously standing.
Jump inside to grab this ECHO Log.
Dead Bolts
Cold Hearts, Soft Paws
This dead bolt can be found next to a corpse south of the One Kairos News Network.
Pit Stains
This dead bolt can be found on a ledge underneath the main walkway in the No Escape Room.
Selfie Shock
This dead bolt can be found just west of the No Escape Room and is accessible after completing the AAA for Effort side mission. Grab the Ordonite battery from the receptacle.
Next, throw it to the upper ledge across the room and place it in the door, causing it to open.
Head inside and grab the dead bolt from the ground.
Electi Safe
The Electi safe can be found in the tower south of the Frantic Scrawl fast travel station. Once you find it, kick it open to get your loot.
Lost Capsule
The lost capsule can be found in the lower area of the No Escape Room.
Once you find it, walk it back to The Food Court safehouse and place it in the receptacle. Afterward, your loot will pop out!
Propaganda Speakers
Propaganda Speaker #1
This propaganda speaker can be found just southeast of The Food Court safehouse.
Propaganda Speaker #2
This propaganda speaker can be found southwest of the Frantic Scrawl fast travel station.
Evocarium
The evocarium pedestal can be found on a wooden platform on the water to the southwest of Praetor’s Lecture.
Interact with the pedestal then hunt down all three orbs.
After you’ve found the orbs, return to the pedestal and interact with it to hear the message.
Vault Symbols
Vault Symbol #1
This vault symbol can be found on the second level of a building near the Frantic Scrawl fast travel station.
Vault Symbol #2
This vault symbol can be found on the wall in a sewer along the western edge of the Terminus District. It will be southwest of the Food Court Safehouse. You’ll need to complete the Old Raymond side quest to gain access to this area!
Terminus District Activities
Order Bunker: ironwall Resolve
This order bunker can be found on the southeastern side of the Terminus District. With your back to the bunker, head straight until you reach a large tree on your left. At the tree, turn righ to find the canister in a trash pile.
Safehouse: The Food Court
This safehouse can be found on the northwestern side of the Terminus District. The datapad can be found on a trash heap between the “Eat” and “Chili” signs.
Once you have the datapad, bring it to the console in front of the “All You Can” sign.
