How to Start the Electroshock Therapy Quest
To begin the Electroshock Therapy side mission questline in Borderlands 4, speak with Prof. Ambreleigh in a building just east of the Someday Rise safehouse.
Electroshock Therapy Walkthrough
Ambreleigh is going to cure the Ripper Madness with a little assistance from you. She just needs a few simple items – nothing major. This cure could change the face of Kairos!
Find Eridium Sample
Next, travel to the objective just west of Rosemary’s Reserve. There you’ll find a giant purple crystal on top of a metal cylinder. Destroy it to get Eridium!
Find Ordonite Sample
To find the Ordonite Sample, head north of the Someday Rise safehouse and take out all the enemies. Once they have been eliminated, grab the Ordonite Sample from the metal crates.
Place Samples
After gathering the samples, return to Prof. Ambreleigh and place the samples in the slots next to the Psycho. Afterward, attempt to flip the switch to the left of the Psycho. Prof. Ambreleigh will stop you.
Kill Meathead
Head outside and wipe out the enemies that spawn, including Meathead. Pick up Meathead’s head then place it in the Psycho’s chair. You’ll need to melee it to get it to fit.
Flip the Switches
Flip the switch to the left of the Psycho when you are ready. Afterward, flip the switch above him and watch the results of her experiment! Flip the final switch under the head for the grand finale!! The quest will then complete.
Electroshock Therapy: The Second Session Walkthrough
After some time passes from completing the Electroshock Therapy quest, you’ll find Prof. Ambreleigh standing along the side of the road southeast of Horace’s Oversight in the Hungering Plain. Speak with her to begin The Second Session!
Lure Rippers to Ambreleigh’s Device
For this objective, you will need to lure ten Rippers to the bubble around the shocking device. You can find plenty of them slightly down the road to the south. Just shoot them a couple of times and they will follow you anywhere!
Talk to Ambreleigh
After luring all ten, speak with Ambreleigh to witness her demise.
