How to Start the No Place Like Home Quest

To begin the No Place Like Home side mission in Borderlands 4, speak with Claptrap along the main road southeast of The Launchpad.

How to Complete the No Place Like Home Quest
Look, change is scary, especially when that change involves crash-landing in the middle of a violent dictatorship. Your best friend Claptrap could really use a therapist, but it doesn’t look like there are any of those nearby, so you’ll have to do.
Find Portrait
After accepting the quest, travel east to The Flarewell. Once there, look for Big Orange Hothead, who can be found roaming around the eastern side of the facility.

When you locate him, take him out then loot the Facility Keycard that drops. Next, head south of Big Orange Hothead and look for the spot to insert the keycard.

Once the keycard has been inserted, pull the lever then head inside the newly opened area. Drop down the hole then follow the path to find a Moxxi shrine.

Once inside, loot the Tasteful Portrait on the desk.
Find VR-ON1CA’s Processor
When you’re ready, head upstairs and exit the building to the outside. Head straight and use the grapple to reach the roof where you’ll find a window that you can peak through.

Afterwards, a bunch of enemies will spawn on top of you! Clear them then press the button on the console across from the windows.

Next, you’ll need to move the solar power panels until the red light breaks the door between the windows. Inside, you’ll find the Irreparably Damaged Voice Module on a crate to the left.
Find Crimson Resistance Asset
Continue deeper inside to find a wall you can climb. Once outside, look to your right side to find two solar panels.

Use your grapple hook to pull the second one up, then jump quickly to the right to land on a ledge. Climb the wall up then continue heading up the tower. Near the top, you’ll find a porta-potty.

Open the door then grab the Psycho’s mask.
Return to Claptrap
With your tasks complete, return to Claptrap then pick up the explosives on the table behind him. Next, you’ll need to head to the boat docked along the shore and place the items in and around the boat.

Once you are ready, shoot the boat to say goodbye to the past. The mission will then complete!
