How to Start the Carried Away Quest
To begin the Carried Away side mission in Borderlands 4, use the toilet near the vending machines on top of a mountain to the north of The Launchpad.

Open the Porta-Potty
To open the door of the porta-potty, hit the lock on the door with your melee attack. Make sure you whack the lock and not just the door!
Take Surveyor to its Target
Afterwards, pick up the surveyor and walk it to the Gushing Turret in the southwestern section of The Howl.
Unfortunately, you actually have to walk the surveyor to its destination. You cannot fast travel or ride your bike there! Be mindful of the enemies that you’ll meet along the way. If you can just avoid them so you don’t have to fight. Once you arrive, place the surveyor near the giant pile of poop to complete the quest.
