How to Start the Lynel Safari Quest
To begin the Lynel Safari side quest in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, speak with Laflat near the steps leading up to the throne room in Zora’s Domain.

How to Complete the Lynel Safari Quest
Laflat asked that you show her a picture of a red-maned Lynel if you see one. The nearest one she knows of is on Ploymus Mountain. Use whatever means you have at your disposal to give her a look.
Snap a Picture of a Lynel

First, travel to Ploymus Mountain, which is east of Zora’s Domain. The easiest way to accomplish this task is to swim up the waterfalls in Mikau Lake and Lulu Lake, defeating the Lizaflos enemies along the way. Once there, you’ll find the red-maned Lynel walking around in the grassy part of Ploymus Mountain.
After you find the Lynel, take a picture of it using your camera.
Return to Laflat
Once you have taken a picture of a Lynel, return to Laflat and show it to her. With your task accomplished, she will reward you with Zora Greaves. These greaves will give you the effect of Swim Speed Up, allowing you to swim faster.
