How to Start The Ceremonial Song Quest
To begin The Ceremonial Song shrine quest in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, speak with Laruta standing on the fountain in the center of Zora’s Domain. This fountain is just outside the Ne’ez Yohma Shrine. This quest might only be available after defeating the Divine Beast Vah Ruta.

How to Complete The Ceremonial Song Quest
Laruta taught you the Zora song of the Champion ceremony.
“A gift from the sky: a scale of light splits the feet of a Veiled Falls sight. Your trial awaits… It’s glowing bright.”
Trello seems to know more about the ceremony.
Speak with Trello

To find Trello, head to the northwestern side of Zora’s Domain. Once there, you’ll find Trello on the bridge. Speak with him to learn of the Ceremonial Trident.

Reclaim the Ceremonial Trident
To find the Ceremonial Trident, glide down under the bridge and land on the base. Use Magnesis to locate the trident underwater.

Next, use Cronosis to make a path, allowing you to get close enough to retrieve the trident with Magnesis.
Reveal the Hidden Shrine
Once you have the Ceremonial Trident, travel to the Veiled Falls, which is west of Zora’s Domain.
After you have arrived, equip the Ceremonial Trident and Zora Armor. Once equipped, swim up the waterfall near the pedestal.
When you get launched into the air at the top of the waterfall, glide down towards the pedestal. As you get close to the pedestal, launch a melee attack (Y button) so you slam down onto it. These actions will reveal the Dagah Keek Shrine nearby!
