How to Start the Playtime with Cottla Quest
To begin the Playtime with Cottla side quest in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, speak with Cottla in Kakariko Village during the day.
How to Complete the Playtime with Cottla Quest
Cottla runs carefree around the village. During the day, her sister is too busy with her cooking to have time to play and would like you to play with her.
Play with Cottla
To play with Cottla, you’ll be given the option to either play hide-and-seek or tag with her!
Hide-and-Seek
If you choose to play hide-and-seek, you’ll need to find where she’s hiding around the village. We found her hiding on the walkway behind Impa’s house.
Tag
If you choose to play tag, you’ll be sent to the beginning of the village. Run to her and interact with her to “tag” her, thus completing the game.
Rewards
After playing with Cottla, she’ll give you a Rock Salt, and the quest will be completed!
