How to Start A Song of Storms in Breath of the Wild

To begin A Song of Storms, travel to Calora Lake in eastern Faron, just east of Faron Tower. Then, head to the southern part of the lake near the waterfall. There, you will find Kass performing his song.

Speak with him and select the “Let’s hear it” dialogue option when he asks if you want to hear the ancient verse. The verse goes:
“When a lost hero calls down lightning from the sky / The monk responds from a giant mount on high.”
After listening to the verse, the shrine quest will officially begin.

Solving Kass’s Riddle to Find the Shrine

Next, head over to the rock formation that looks like a volcano, which Kass referenced in the verse. Climb to the top of it, and then drop any metal piece of gear—such as a shield, bow, or weapon. Be sure to use something you don’t mind losing, as it may be destroyed.

Then, return to the ground and wait for lightning from the raging storm to strike the metal item you dropped. The lightning will target the metal object, and upon impact, it will explode, revealing the entrance to the Qukah Nata Shrine.
Rewards for Completing A Song of Storms
Finally, head inside the shrine to receive the Rubber Tights for Link as your reward. This completes the shrine quest A Song of Storms.
