Welcome to our Ice and Steel mission guide for RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business! In this walkthrough, we’ll cover everything you need to do to earn an A rank on your RoboCop Evaluation Report by completing all key objectives, saving hostages, and uncovering hidden evidence.

RoboCop Evaluation Report – Ice and Steel

Below is a full breakdown of the XP you can earn during the Ice and Steel objective and what’s required to achieve an A rank:

  • Help with opening the washing machine was provided

Ice and Steel Walkthrough

Police Work – Pieces of Crime Evidence Collected

While searching around, you’ll need to keep an eye out for crime evidence to collect. Your goal is to reach 725 points of evidence by the end of the Ice and Steel objective. Crime evidence includes:

• Fake ID Cards
• Nuke
• Stolen Wallets
• Fake Money
• Incriminating Photos/Documents
• Stolen Handbags

These can spawn everywhere—so stay alert and scan frequently.

OCP CHest #1

This OCP Container can be found during the “Find another way to pursue Graves” objective. It will be in a fenced-in area.

Sayonara Trophy

Progress through the level until you meet the Otomo P-02 enemies that wield katanas. You’ll need to defeat one of the Otomo, pick up their katana, and use it to take out another Otomo. This will cause the trophy/achievement to pop.

PCB

After defeating the first group of Otomos, head to the upper level and enter a security room. Th PCB can be found on a desk next a computer.

OCP Chest #2

After saving Stella and deactivating the fire in the hallway, you’re next objective will be to “Meet with Stella in the Lab Section”. Eventually, you’ll reach a large open room. You’ll find this chest along the main path.

Brutally Honest Trophy

When you reach the labs, don’t follow Stella. Instead, take a right and go down the hallway. Take the second right then speak with the Artistic Child sitting on a bench and choose the “Help” option.

Next, select whichever options you’d like until he gets done drawing. Pick the “Some details are missing” option to upset the child.

Secondary Objective – Miracle Pills

On the east side of the labs, look for the Social Room with some pool tables. Approach the scientist in the white coat next to a vending machine to trigger this secondary objective. You must have Engineering 4 to fix the machine. After fixing the machine, the objective will complete.

Secondary Objective – Unconventional Repair

From the Social Room, head north to the Hydro Loop laundry room and speak with Maurice, who is messing with the washing machine.

Interact with the washing machine in the following order:

• Side
• Side
• Top
• Side
• Top

Afterwards, the machine should open thus completing the secondary objective!

Secondary Objective – Speak with the Lonely Scientist

After finding the scientist with a red ID badge at a table in a cafeteria, another scientist will call out to you from a different table. Head over and stay to speak with the Lonely Scientist.

Secondary Objective – Last Goodbye

During the “Leave the Lab Section” objective, Dr. Mary will be waiting for you near the gate and will ask you for one more favor before you leave. Head to The Petri Dish cafeteria to retrieve the body from the back room. Once you have the body, head to the lab on the northwestern side of the area.

Place his body on the slab then choose to stay.

After the memorial, the quest will complete.

Misc. – How to Use the Locks / Safe Code

You can find this note on the locker in the room just past the room with the safe in the security room just outside of the labs.

If you have Engineering 6, you can just open the safe that has crime evidence inside.

Otherwise, you’ll need the safe code, which is next to this note on the locker.

Misc. – About the Bag

This letter can be found in a locker in the showers.

OCP CHest #3

This chest can be found along the main path in the room just past all the mannequins during the “Find an explosive barrel” objective.

Misc. – Cryo Weapon Report

This report can be found in Miranda’s office on the counter.

OCP Chest #4

This chest can be found at the end of the level, just before the door with Squad E.
