How to Start The Bloodworm Helm Quest
To begin The Bloodworm Helm quest in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, speak with Hannibal Traven in the Arch-Mage’s Tower Council Chambers after some time has passed (24 hours) from completing the A Plot Revealed quest and speaking with Ramious to advance.
The Bloodworm Helm Walkthrough
Retrieve the Bloodworm Helm
Travel to Fort Teleman, which is southeast of Bravil and northeast of Leyawiin. Once there, head inside to find that it’s been overrun with Necromancers. Take them out as you make your way deeper into the fort following the linear path until you reach the “Old Wooden Door to Fort Teleman Order of the Black Rose”.
In this area, you’ll find Necromancers, Spider Daedra and Daedroth. After clearing the enemies, take the hole in the wall to continue on.
You’ll find more enemies along this path. When it opens up, defeat Xivilai.
Afterward, jump down into the pit to find the body of Irlav Jarol. Loot it to acquire the Bloodworm Helm.
Deliver the Helm
Now that you have the helm, exit the fort and return to Hannibal Traven to complete the quest.
