How to Start the Repairing the Orrery Quest
To begin the Repairing the Orrery quest in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, speak with Bothiel in the Arcane University.
Repairing the Orrery Walkthrough
Retrieve the Artifacts
Travel to Camp Ales, which is north of Kvatch, and kill the bandits there.
Afterward, make sure to loot the Bandit Carrier to acquire an Undelivered Letter. Read it to learn the names of the following camps:
- Dagny’s Camp
- Brotch Camp
- Bodean Camp
- Varus Camp
You’ll then need to visit each of these camps to acquire the Dwarven Artifacts from the Bandit Carrier there.
Deliver the Dwarven Artifacts
Once you’ve acquired all the Dwarven Artifacts, bring them to Bothiel at the Arcane University so she can repair the Orrery. As a reward for delivering the items, you’ll receive 1,700 gold.
Check Progress
Wait 24 hours then visit the Arcane University’s Orrery in the Lobby. You’ll now be able to visit as often as you’d like and receive powers based on the phases of the moon. Activate the Imperial Orrery Console to complete the quest and receive your power.
