Anvil Recommendation Walkthrough
Speak with Arielle

Travel to the Brina Cross Inn north of Anvil and speak with Arielle Jurard.
Rent a Room
After speaking with Arielle, talk to Christophe and rent a room. When he asks, tell him you’re a merchant. After renting the room, head upstairs and enter the last room on the right. Caminalda will then approach you, asking if you’re a traveling merchant. Confirm that you are, and she’ll issue you a warning.
Shortly after, Arielle will enter your room and give you instructions. After you’ve received them, sleep for the night.
Traverse the Gold Road
Now that you’re well rested, exit the inn and take the road heading east towards Kvatch. After a short way, you’ll find a familiar face on the left side of the road.

She’ll attack and you’ll be forced to defend yourself. Afterward, make sure to grab Caminalda’s Key from her body.
Speak with Arielle, and she’ll tell you to return to Carahil at the Anvil Mages Guild. Before doing so, head back to the inn and use the key to open the room that was next to yours if you wish to loot the goodies.
Return to Carahil
Make your way back to the Anvil Mages Guild and speak with Carahil to complete the Anvil Recommendation quest.
