How to Start the Planetary Pioneer (Part II) Mission
To begin the Planetary Pioneer (Part II) mission in Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition, speak with Kirsty in the Administrative District. This quest becomes available after completing Chapter 5, and the recommended level for this mission is 15.
Planetary Pioneer (Part II) Walkthrough
Continue the exploration of Noctilum using FrontierNav.
Complete Noctilum Trailblazing 1
For the Noctilum Trailblazing 1 mission, gather five pieces of Aurorite. You’ll get Aurorite from mining the following FN Sites: 108, 118, 212, 215, 217, and 305.
Complete Noctilum Trailblazing 2
For this mission, you’ll need to gather eight H19 ion thrusters in Noctilum. Travel to the Breakwater Narrow or Middle Hushflood then collect the items from the ground. They will be marked with the green objective marker.
Complete Noctilum Trailblazing 3
For the Noctilum Trailblazing 3 mission, obtain data unit FN094 near Noctilum’s Elephant’s Trunk. Once at the Elephant’s Trunk, head north across the bridge to find the red object on the other side. Pick it up to complete the mission.
Talk to Kirsty
Return to Kirsty to complete the Planetary Pioneer (Part II) mission.
Completion Rewards
As a reward for completing the Planetary Pioneer (Part II) mission, you’ll receive the following:
