How to Start The Mouth of Hell Quest
This quest might appear on the map between Pschitoky and Old Kutna. When you arrive at the marker, Father Marian will run along the road to Old Kutna.
Follow him to find him arguing with Vladimir.
Speak with the father to learn about the situation. Afterward, The Mouth of Hell quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance II will begin.
The Mouth of Hell Walkthrough
Something very strange is afoot in the abandoned mines near Old Kutna. Find out what it is!
Prepare an offering for hell in the mine
Use the ladder to descend into the mineshaft, which will trigger a cutscene.
Confront the mysterious knight (optional)
When you come to, head down the tunnel and take a right. Follow it to the dead end and collect the Knight’s Notes III from a barrel. Turn around and take a side tunnel to find a basket of Weak Saviour Schnapps.
Now, continue in the other direction that the knight went. Pay attention to the left side of the path to find a barrel with a torch.
Grab it then keep following after the knight. You’ll come to a lit room with a table on the left. Grab the Knight Notes II from the table. In the basket next to the bed, you’ll find a lockpick.
Use it to open the red box on the altar. Inside, you’ll find the Knight’s contract. In the next area to the north, you’ll catch another glimpse of the knight at the top of a ladder. Behind this ladder you’ll find another lockpick and some bandages.
When you’re ready, climb up the ladder. Speak with Taras and agree to take his place. A cutscene will then trigger. Use the contract to explain everything.
Next, you’ll have to pass a skill check to get everyone to stand down.
As a reward, you’ll receive 475 groschen. Afterward, the quest will complete.
