How to Start the Chorus of the Lost Quest
To begin the Chorus of the Lost companion quest in Avowed, speak with Marius at any party camp after visiting Solace Keep in Galawain’s Tusk.
Chorus of the Lost Walkthrough
Marius has unresolved history from his childhood growing up in Galawain’s Tuasks. Visiting what remains of his old village might help resolve those issues.
Find Marius’ Village
From the Primordial Depths North Beacon, head east to reach Marius’ Village, aka the Lost Village. Along the way, you’ll fight a bunch of Xaurips. When you reach the Lost Village Beacon, Marius will start a conversation with you.
Explore the Village
Near the center of town, you’ll find a central skeleton surrounded by others. Inspect the bowl next to this skeleton, read the Faded Letter on the other side of it, and loot the Long-Lost Amulet from the central skeleton.
Speak with Iancu
Next, head to the north side of the village and speak with Iancu to learn what happened.
Investigate Razvan’s Hut
To the east of Iancu, you’ll find Razvan’s Hut.
Inside, loot the chest using five lockpicks to get the Disciple’s Ring, a unique item. Also, open Razvan’s Journal on the table in the room.
Find and Confront Razvan
Travel south of the Lost Village to find the door guarded by Mizuravul. Take it out then interact with the door. Once Marius opens the door, head inside the Cavern of Voices and work your way through the area until you find Razvan behind a door. Speak with him, and you’ll have to choose to let him rot here or to kill him. The choice is yours. He has no loot.
Return to Iancu
Before you leave, loot the Battletrance, a unique axe, from a side room.
Once you’re ready, return to Iancu to tell him of Razvan’s fate. Afterward, the Chorus of the Lost side quest will end.
