Ransom Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Find the captured knight, Peter of Suchotlesky (optional)

Travel to the objective east of Suchdol. Once you approach the camp, a guard will call out to you. Tell him that you’re a messenger from Jan of Suchotlesky. He’ll allow you entry!

Once in the camp, speak with the blacksmith for some clues on who to speak with to find out where Farkas is.

Camp Chaplain

On the west-central side of the area, you’ll find Father Bohumil. Speak with him and exhaust his dialog options.

Musa the Healer

Across the way from Father Bohumil, you’ll find Musa. Speak with him and take the tour if you wish.

Milada the Bathhouse Owner

Milada can be found on the north-central side of the camp. She’ll tell you where to find Farkas and about the tent where the prisoner might be held.

Once you’ve spoken with the above individuals, sneak through the tents at the spot shown on the map below.

Find the captured knight, Peter of Suchotlesky (optional)

After slipping between the tents, you’ll go under a clothes wire with clothes hanging on it. Keep following the path to slip into the tent where the captive is being held.

Find the captured knight, Peter of Suchotlesky (optional)

Unfortunately, it is not Peter but Hynek of Hobza. He’ll further tell you that someone else was a prisoner, but they died. You can offer to untie him; however, he’ll refuse, saying that his dad is on the way, and it will only complicate things.

Next, head to the north-central side of camp to find a bunch of wagons near the baths. Slip between the wagons.

Find the captured knight, Peter of Suchotlesky (optional)

In the back of the wagon between the two tents with the wooden fence running between them you’ll find the wagon with a body in the back. Look at it to confirm that it is indeed Peter.

Find the captured knight, Peter of Suchotlesky (optional)

Find Laszlo Farkas

Now that you know the truth, head to the red and green tent on the northern side of the search area and speak with the guard to find out that Farkas is not there.

Find Laszlo Farkas

Head on over to the nearby fire with people sitting around it and speak with him there. He’ll either be sitting on a bench by the fire or at a picnic table.

Find Laszlo Farkas

We highly recommend that you select the following options when you speak with Farkas:

  • You know the truth about Peter.
  • Should I lie?
  • I’m with you! (Lie)

If you pretend to side with him, Farkas will bring Peter’s gear with him in the wagon.

Tell Jan what you found out in the camp

Travel just west of Kuttenberg to find Jan at an inn. Tell him the truth about the fate of his brother. (If you lie and side against Jan later, he’ll die.) Agree to help him avenge his brother!

Find reinforcements for Jan (optional)

Zimberg Brothers

The reinforcements are the brothers Posy and Miroslav. You’ll need to have completed the Bellatores side quest in order to have them as an option for this quest.

Travel south of Bylany to find Jan Posy and speak with him.

Find reinforcements for Jan (optional)

Tell him you’re looking for reinforcements for the other Jan, and he’ll need your help again! Agree to fight the Cumans with him, and you’ll be transported to a new area.

Find reinforcements for Jan (optional)

Complete the Skeleton in the Closet task.

Menhard’s Swordsmen

For Menhard to become available as a reinforcement, you’ll need to complete the Ars Dimicatoria side quest.

Tell Jan once you are ready to head out

Once you’re ready, speak with Jan and tell him that you’re ready to head out.

Kill Laszlo and his Cumans

Kill the enemies, then head to the back of the wagon. Speak with Jan, and he’ll give you the sword as a reward. The armor is in the chest, but you’ll have to rob it.
