Welcome to NGB and our Kingdom Come Deliverance II walkthrough for the Fortuna main quest! This guide will cover everything you will need to know to easily complete this quest, including how to start the mission and the steps you will need to take to finish it.

How to Start the Fortuna Quest
The Fortuna main quest will begin automatically after completing the Easy Riders main quest.
Fortuna Walkthrough
After the terrible fall that you miraculously survived, you lost several Main Level, Skill, and Perk points due to your extensive injuries. You now have no choice but to recover and regain them gradually later in the game.
Freshen up
Once you gain control, enter your inventory and use four bandages on your torso to stop the bleeding. Since you’ve stopped the bleeding, eat from the pot near the fire twice. Next, head outside and use the trough at the bottom of the stairs to wash off.
After cleaning yourself off, you can loot the cutthroat corpse to equip some armor. If you choose to do this, wash at the trough again to remove the blood.
Next, grab the shove near the cutthroat and head to the picnic table. Retrieve the Weak Savior Schnapps and food.
Show yourself to Bozhena
Enter the house and speak with Bozhena, who is near Hans.
Bury the Corpse (Optional)
Exit the house and pick up the cutthroat then make your way northeast towards the stream. After you head into the woods a bit, Henry will complain about his shoulder, prompting you to drop the guy.
You’ll spot a patch of dirt next to a tree you can dig up. Interact with it to dig out the grave and then interact with the body to bury it.
Pick Sage and Camomile
Return to the house and follow the path leading southwest behind the house. This will bring you to Bozhena’s meadow, where you’ll want to pick the purple (Sage) and white (Camomile) flowers.
Once you have some of each, return to the house.
Find Out What’s Happening at Bozhema’s
Back at the house, you’ll see some men out front. Grab the axe leaning against the log on the side of the house and equip it before confronting them. They’ll claim to be sent here by von Bergow to look into some messengers that were ambushed the other day. You can tell them who you are or play ignorant, not revealing too much.
Going the latter route will lead to a persuasion check. If you pass it, then the two will bugger off. If not, you’ll learn they are part of the bandits from the other day, and they will attack Henry. Dealing enough damage to them will cause them to run off.
After the fight, speak with Herbwoman Bozhema, who will want to know what’s going on since she’s almost been killed twice now. You can choose to tell her the truth or not. Doing so will gain you some reputation points.
Following the conversation, you’ll hand over the ingredients. Bozema then suggests Henry do it and instructs him how to craft the potion. You’ll have the option to refuse or not. Being agreeable will net you an increase in reputation.
Brew a Healing Potion
Follow Bozhema to her shack and interact with the Alchemy Bench to get started. Follow the instructions she gives you to brew the potion. The main steps of what you’ll need to do are listed below.
- Pour wine into the cauldron
- Add the chamomile and boil for 1 turn
- Grind the sage and add it to the cauldron
- Pour
Sleep Until Morning
If you killed any of the attackers from earlier, you’ll need to bury the body first (you can take it to the same spot as before). If not, then head into the house, use the bed, and go to sleep for the night. Set the time for as long as it will let Henry sleep. This will trigger a cutscene. Feel free to choose any option you like.
Join the Others for Breakfast
Exit the house and sit at the picnic table to eat with everyone. During the cutscene, you can tell the ladies about how Henry saved Hans in the first game. After the meal, Henry and Hans will set out for the city. You’ll also lose the axe and spade you picked up but receive another Weak Saviour Schnapps and the recipe for crafting it.
Talk to Capon About Leaving for Trosky
Speak with Hans to trigger a lengthy cutscene leading to the completion of the Fortuna main quest. The Laboratores main quest will then begin!
