How to Begin The Kid Who Vanished
To begin The Kid Who Vanished quest in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, you’ll need to speak with Gina after reaching Tongdang.
The Kid Who Vanished Walkthrough
For this quest, you’ll need to find the treehouse to search for clues for Sunan’s missing nephew. Travel to the Treehouse in the southeastern corner of the area. Once there, open the door with Gina’s help then search for clues about what happened to the boy. Start by looking at the photo on the wall that Gina points out.
Afterwards, pry up the loose board on the floor to reveal the Hidden Map.
Since you’ve gotten your heading, travel to Wat Si Sawai in the southwestern corner of the area and dock your boat at the spot shown in the image below.
When you arrive, follow the path into Wat Si Sawai to reach the temple. Once in the temple, follow the main path until you hear someone calling out for help. You’ll then need to rescue Aran. Interact with the handle on the statue to pull it while Gina pulls the other.
Head inside then pick up the pipe segment and place it in the slot to open the next door.
Head inside then flip the lever to descend.
To raise the platform for Aran, head straight from the elevator and go through the hole at the end to reach a giant water wheel.
From there, walk along the ledge across from the water wheel to reach the other side. Take a right at the Naga statue then follow the path, crossing the water wheel. Drop down into the area below then pick up the piece of the pipe. Place it in the slot then pull the lever by the wooden gate to open another door.
Grab the pipe segment then take the straight pipe and place it in the other slot and put the curved piece in the slot the straight pipe was in. This will get the water flowing correctly. Pull the lever under the platform to allow Aran to pass.
Head through the newly opened door then head through the gears. Swing the gap with your whip to reach the other side. Take a left at the end of the path then pass through the cogwheel.
From here, work your way through the gear room until you reach a doorway. Enter the doorway then flip the lever so Gina can climb up. Work with Gina to turn the levers at the same time. Head on through the new door then follow the path descending into the ruins.
Eventually you’ll reach the room with the pipe puzzle.
Look to the left and climb the ladder. At the top, turn the lever to turn on the water.
Next, head towards the statue. In the middle of the puzzle, head down to find a corner pipe piece. Bring this up to the pipe puzzle. You’ll find two more pipe puzzle pieces on the upper level to the right of the statue. Use the stairs near the entrance to reach them.
Now, you’ll need to place the pipe facing east.
Follow that pipe around and place the piece facing north.
This opens the door on the left side of the room. Grab the pipe segment through the giant cog then bring this piece to the puzzle. The T will go at the beginning.
Follow the left pipe and connect the straight piece for the left water drain.
For the middle one it needs to come in from the left and face the statue.
The last piece will come from the south and head to the right.
This will correctly divert the flow. Head to the next area where you’ll meet up with Aran who will guide you to a hidden chamber. Follow Aran to the Shiva Shrine then speak with Aran.
Since he refuses to leave, return to Sunan to report back. After speaking with Sunan, the quest will complete!
