Activist Woman
The activist Woman is near the Altabury Podium at the Upper Blue Sky Bridge. Before you can hang out with her, you’ll need to “donate” 250 reeve to her cause.
After doing so, you’ll be able to listen to her, increasing your Tolerance.
Altabury Podium
The podium can be found in the northern part of the Upper Blue Sky Bridge. There, you can debate other candidates or give speeches to the public. Partaking in this activity can increase your Eloquence and Imagination Royal Attributes.
Chipper Old Woman
You can find the Chipper Old Woman outside the Skyward Tavern at night. Speak with her, and she’ll want to tell you a story about a fairy. Choosing to listen to her will add points to your Imagination Royal Attribute.
Clumsy Man
Travel to the Opera House Square to find the Clumsy Man on the west side. Speak with him, and he’ll request that you make a snowman for his daughter. He keeps bungling each attempt and requires aid! Choosing to help him out will increase your Imagination.
Maskless Mustari
A Mastkless Mustari can be found at night on Lower Blue Sky Bridge. Spending time with her will increase your Tolerance Royal Attribute.
View of Altabury
The View of Altabury is in the south-central part of Opera House Square. Participating in this activity will help increase your Wisdom.

Curious Man
Speak with the Curious Man near the Lower Dia Franco Street docks to receive a Divine Elixir.
Gold Beetle
Lunlumo Approach-1
The gold beetle is located in the southern part of the area on the eastern side of the road. Head up from the south to find it.
Lunlumo Approach-2
This gold beetle is located in an alley in the northern part of the map. It will be down the last right before the map transitions to the next area.
Opera House Square
Travel to Opera House Square, then head to the far east, reaching the end of the bridge. It will be on the north side near the soldier guarding the edge.
Guy on Bridge
If you travel to Opera House Square, head east; there will be a guy on the bridge you can speak with who will give you a Miraculous Medicine.
Loveless
Loveless can be found outside the Skyward Tavern at Lower Dia Franco Street. Speak with him to be verbally assaulted and challenged to a duel. He’ll then mark his location on the world map of where you can find him to face off.
Man in Pain
The man in pain can be found at the Lower Blue Sky Bridge. Speak with him to be prompted to hand over a Medicinal Herb. Doing so will reward you with one Tainted Threads and one Tail Bait.
Rudolf
You can find Rudolf in Lower Dia Franco Street standing at the base of the stairs leading up to the Dry Seer. Speak with him to be challenged to a round of fisticuffs. He’ll then mark the location on the world map where you can find him for this challenge.
If you defeat him, he’ll give you an extremely effective weapon against monsters.
Wandering Student
Travel to Opera House Square at night to find the Wandering Student. Speak with him and listen to what he has to say to be rewarded with two Queen’s Honey Jars.
