How to Start Mercenary Intent
To begin the Mercenary Intent quest, defeat the enemies at the Smuggler’s Docks in Dock Town.
Mercenary Intent Walkthrough
For this quest, you’ll need to find a clue. Interact with the person in the cage on the dock.
Afterwards, enter the Venatori warehouse.
Read the letter on the wooden post under the fire on the first floor.
On the second level, read the note on the desk.
Across the way from this room, enter the other room on the second floor and read the letter there.
Next, travel to Low Tide Beach in the southeastern part of Dock Town and defeat the Venatori there. After clearing them out, interact with the prisoner in the cage.
The quest will then complete.
