How to Start Arrangements
To begin the Arrangements quest, speak with Emmrich during the Unwanted Guests main story.
Arrangements Walkthrough
For this quest, travel to the Necropolis and head to The Memorial Garden. When you arrive, start the quest.

After your conversation, follow Emmrich and gather flowers for the dead. When you’re done, you’ll engage in another conversation.

Afterwards, you’ll need to gather 4 more flowers. Head to each objective and pick the flowers there.
After collecting the flowers, follow Emmrich to two graves and place the flowers there.

Once the conversation ends, so will the quest.
