How to Start Partners in a Dangerous Crime
To begin the Partners in a Dangerous Crime quest, speak with Chance Candide in The Cantori Diamond at Treviso Canals.
Partners in a Dangerous Crime Walkthrough
For this quest, you’ll need to find the spies’ gondola. Travel to the Streets of Coin Financials in the Treviso Canals. Examine the note next to the gondola then head to the Grande Markets.
Once there, investigate the note on the ground next to the overturned fruit basket.
Pass through the archway and follow the path to find more signs of a struggle. Investigate the overturned chair.
Northeast of the chair, you’ll find a grouping of papers to investigate. Next to this bag, head down the stairs and investigate the notes.
Head back up the stairs. There will be 4 braziers in this area that you’ll need to light in a specific order: South, West, North, and East. If you look by the brazier, there will be 1 candle by the south, 2 by the west, 3 by the north, and 4 by the east.
After the brazier puzzle has been solved, a door will open by the eastern braizer. Head inside!
Next, you’ll need to find the lovers’ next meeting spot at the cafe in the Grande Markets. Head to the objective. Once inside the search area, interact with the Torn Note on the ground by the bar.
It’s now up to you to decide the couple’s fate. You can either turn the couples in by telling Chance or leave the couple a note.
Turn the lovers in
Return to Chance and report to him what happened. Afterwards, the Lethal Devotion region quest will trigger.
Leave a note to warn the couple
Interact with the table in the couple’s hideout. Then, you’ll need to report back to Chance, who will comment who is he to stand in the way of love and will wish them well.
