Backtrack to the fake wolf statuette then climb up on the ledge and follow the path around the area. You’ll then reach another statue. Turn this one west, causing a bridge to form.

You’ll then be able to continue heading north where you’ll fight some more enemies. After emerging victorious, head to the west side to find another statue. Face this one west to form a bridge.

From there, head north and take the bridge. You’ll then want to head up the stairs to reach the arch atop a cliff. Grab the real wolf statuette from its pedestal underneath the arch.
